Second Anthem LTD operating under the trade names Unali or Unali Health ("we" or "us") wants to inform you about the ways we process your personal information. In this Privacy & Cookie Notice we explain what personal information we collect, use and disclose.
This Platform Privacy Policy explains how Unali may collect, use, disclose, and secure information obtained through our website, located at www.unalihealth.com and www.unaliexpert.com (the “Site” or the “Platform”) and web-enabled emails sent as part of, in connection with, or relating to such software and information services (collectively, the “Service”).
The terms “Unali,” “we,” “us,” and/or “our” include Unali and our affiliates and subsidiaries. This Platform Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Unali Terms of Use & Service, as applicable, and any capitalized terms used and not defined in this Platform Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to those capitalized terms in that agreement.
This Platform Privacy Policy applies to information we collect and use for our own purposes, including information we collect from and about visitors to our websites, customers when they register for and access their Unali account, and individuals in relation to our marketing activities.
“Personal information” means any data relating to an individual who can be identified, directly or indirectly, based on that information. This may include information such as names, contact details, (online) identification data, online identifiers, or other characteristics specific to that individual.
This Privacy & Cookie Notice applies when you visit our websites, solutions and other services, including events, that refer or display a link to this notice (“Services”). This Privacy & Cookie Notice may be supplemented or replaced by additional privacy statements or terms provided to you.
Who we are
Unali is a global organization operating in North America, Canada and EMEA region. Any personal information provided to or collected by Unali is controlled by Second Anthem 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ United Kingdoms or one of its affiliates or subsidiaries.
We provide complementary medicine recommendations and patient outcome tracking to improve patients quality of life.

How we collect your information?
Filling in Forms. When you fill in forms on our Site including when you request additional information about our Service, request a demo, or contact our sales team, we may require that you provide us with your contact information such as your name, job title, company name, email address, physical address, and phone number. We may also ask for additional information such as how you heard about Unali, and which electronic health records provider you use.
Purchasing a Subscription. Depending on your agreement with us, we may require that you provide us or our third-party payment processor with your billing information, including payment card information or other forms of payment. By submitting this information, you expressly consent to the sharing of your information with third-party payment processors and other third-party services (including but not limited to vendors who provide fraud detection services). In general, we do not store your payment card information, but we may receive limited information from our processors, such as the last four digits of your card, the country of issuance, and the expiration date.
Registering and Creating an Account. If you become a Unali customer, we will provide you with a link that will give you access to the Unali Platform. We will ask that you create a password for your account and populate your profile with certain Personal Information, including your name, and email address. If you are a healthcare provider we may also ask for information about the healthcare center you service, including the center name, business address, and office phone number.
Using the Service. We collect information you provide when you use the Service, which may include information you submit when you upload a document, image, or other data file or send a message to another user. If you use our Marketing Services, we ask that you provide URLs for your personal or healthcare center’s website and Facebook, Yelp, Twitter, and Google Reviews pages.
Signing Up to Receive Newsletters and Usage Tips or Completing a Survey. When you engage in any of these activities, we may collect your name, contact details, areas of expertise, interests, and any information you provide to us as part of that request (such as information about your therapy perceived effectiveness).
Communicating with Us. We may collect Personal Information through your communications with our customer support team or through other communications with us, including through social media.
Information from Your Computer or Mobile Device. The Service automatically collects information about your device, such as its model, operating system, browser version and add-ons, device ID and features, cookie IDs and your internet service provider or your mobile carrier, so that we can provide and customize functionality.
Automatic Data Collection: Cookies and Related Technologies. When you visit our Service or open our emails, we and our third-party partners, such as analytics providers, may collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons and web server logs. Another Individual at Your Organization. We may collect your Personal Information from another individual at your organization who may provide us with your business contact information in order to invite you to create a user account on our Platform.
Your healthcare provider. We may collect your Personal Information from your healthcare provider who may provide us with your email in order to invite you to create a user account on our Platform.
Publicly Available Sources and Other Third Parties. We may obtain Personal Information about you from other sources, including public records, publicly available information on internet sites, and third parties that help up update, expand, analyze our records.
Third-Party Services. Our Service allows users to enable a variety of third-party services on the platform. Once enabled, the provider of a third-party service may share certain information with Unali, such as the username and email address associated with that user on the third-party service as well as additional information that the third-party service has chosen to make available to Unali to facilitate the integration. You should check the privacy settings and privacy policies of these third-party services to understand what information may be shared with us.
Third-Party Authentication Providers. Unali may allow you to sign up and log in to our Service using third-party authentication providers. If you choose to sign up and log in in this manner, the third-party authentication service will ask your permission to share certain information with us, including your name and email address. You can control the information that we receive from third-party authentication providers using the privacy settings in your accounts with those services.
What personal information do we collect?
The type of personal information we collect depends on your relationship with us and the Services we deliver to you. To that end, we may collect the following personal information about you:

Therapy outcome, such as therapy effectiveness information and related behavioral information.

The Service is intended to be used by adults. The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. Parents may use the service to record information about their family members, who may be children under the age of 13.
How we use your personal information?
Personal information collected is used for the purposes for which you have provided it and might be further used for statutory or other legitimate purposes only. As an example, if you make use of our service contact form on our website, we will use the information you provided in the first place to respond to your service request. We might further use that information to improve the quality of our customer service process.

We use Personal Information to communicate with you including by sending email to the email address you provide to us, push notifications to your mobile device if they are enabled, and/or text messages to your mobile device to verify your account and for informational and operational purposes, such as account management, reminders, customer service, system maintenance, and other Service-related purposes.

We may use information, including Personal Information, to send you information about our products and services we think you may be interested in, including promotional materials and information about events, programs, offers, surveys, and market research. You may opt out of email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
